What this is

Not a catering tray. The thing in the middle of the room.

You can get Indian food delivered anywhere in this city. What you can’t get is Indian food that looks like this when it lands on your table — the sort of spread people photograph before they eat it.

Three quarters of every board is cooked in my kitchen: mint, tamarind and coconut chutneys made that morning, smoked paneer, cold kebabs, masala cashews, my own achaar. The rest is chosen to go with it.

How it works

Order Monday, eat Saturday

Tell me the date

Party date, how many people, anything anyone can’t eat. I’ll come back within a couple of hours.

Pay to hold it

Paid in full on booking, five days ahead. That’s what locks your date in.

I cook and build

Chutneys and kebabs the day before, assembled the morning of yours.

It arrives ready

An hour before your guests, cold, wrapped, with a card listing everything on it.

Diwali & December

Diwali falls on Sunday 8 November this year, with the five days running 6–10 November — and office party season follows straight after. Both book out first. Orders for Diwali close 1 November.
